Please help identify this knife

Does anyone recognize this knife maker? I have nothing to go on but these photos. Nothing on the other side of the blade just the word marshal and a symbol that looks like a badge.

Looks like a last name, Marshall.
Enjoy the knife, I don’t know any other info.

It was a gift to my dad down in the Houston area, he knows I collect and asked me if I knew anything about it. Told him I didn’t but I knew some folks that might.....

Could be from Glenn Marshall which would be something special.

not likely since seems to be a different makers mark than what I am finding.....

Lazer etched tang marking, could have been made for a store or company by another maker.
