PLease help identify this knife

Hi guys,
Please help me id the knife in this picture. It is similar to the sidewinder, but I think it is discontinued. Also, if you happen to have one you would part with, please let me know. I recently shipped mine in a deal and it did not arrive. I would like to be able to get another one on the way.
