Your best bet is to contact Cudeman direct - https://cudeman.com/en/contacto/ . I'm sure it will be correct, but it's an old model, I remember them being around about 15 years ago. It's a common pattern for the Spanish makers, usually sold as a general purpose sticking knife.

Im looking for a shorter version of the knife pictured above, if it exists.

(About a month ago, I bought a Muela with 7+ inch blade. Nice but a little long.
It only took about 5 10 mins for me to find the model with google.
A little research on the Muela and I found a 6 inch blade version of the same knife which I found and ordered on amazon on special.)

At first glance, it looks like a Spanish knife. Likely made with 440 stainless steel.
