Is there any writing or symbol on the blade, fork, or scabbard, anywhere at all? This sort of thing can be very helpful.

All I can tell you is that it's a carving set, roast , hams, turkey...ect.

I bought something like that years ago (mid 1970's) at the UN. It was from India. Tourist memorabilia.
