Please help just can't pick one

i finally got some cash to spare and dictated to get myself a good EDC/Tactical knife. i have narrowed it down to these 3 but i just cant make my mind up because i want to get all 3 of them. Your input would be greatly appropriated. i have CCW so i can legally carry OTF.

Choices

3. Microtech Ultratech http://www.bladehq.com/item--Microtech-Tactical--4221
 
I would personally buy the microtech ultratech but thats because i cant own a auto and you want what you cant have. Out of the socom and the 301 (those are more practical for use) I would pick the socom because i dont like assisted knives much and the 301 is assisted.
 
I would go for the zt or socom. I own a ultratech and its not what I carry for edc the blades not really that thick. It is fun to play with though. But it almost never gets any pocket time. It's not really practical IMHO .
 
If you plan on using it more than a little, I would go for the Socom or ZT. The UT is a fine knife, like all MT's otfs, but they just don't cut it as a heavy use knife, otfs in general do not. They sure are fun though. The Socom would be my personal choice but the ZT is also a fine knife. My Socom Elite is one of the few knives I deeply regret trading off.
 
I'd buy the ZT. Never had either of the Microtechs but I personally would never support a company that steals knife designs.
