Please help me change an inadvertent negative feedback.

Can you please change a negative feedback inadvertently left by another member? The member is new and accidentally selected negative instead of positive. The comments in the feedback will be evidence of such.

Go to the iTrader page with the incorrect feedback.
In the middle of the line where the mistake was made, there is a triangle icon.
Click on the icon and fill in the dialog box with the information.
