Very Heavy, doesn't appear to ever be sharpened. Not sure if its handmade. No marks anywhere on knife. I could care less how much its worth. I just want to know anything about it. Thanks

I think it's a blade blank / kit knife. The shape is very close to the Russell Green River fillet knife blanks that have been sold for many years -

Sure, they aren't the newest, but they are quite popular with the hobbyiest makers and some smaller manufacturers that rebrand them. I haven't heard many complaints.
