I inherited a stockman with carbon steel blades, what appears to be imitation jigged bone, plastic handle covers, and OK stamped on the tang of the main blade. Do you know if this was made in the U.S., and by what company?

I also inherited a bone handled Schrade single blade folder. The blade and closed lengths are about the same as the lengths of a Case Slimline Trapper, but the handle and blade on the Schrade are even slimmer. Do you know what Schrade called this pattern? It has a half stop, and the back spring is flush when the blade is at the half stop.

Thanks.

Would need to see pictures to identify....OK is Ontario Knife, they hade knives made by Queen but the handles were smooth brown plastic and the blade steel was 440C stainless.

Upload photos on photobucket, which is free, and then add them to your post, and you will get a better answer. There are many willing to help, but pictures are needed.
