Please help me identify this Bone knife?

Hello all, I would greatly appreciate any help in identifying the following knife. It was in my dad's collection and I'm just not sure what exactly I have here. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Looks like a knife by Ralph P. Bone out of Lubbock, Texas. He was also a custom gunmaker and master engraver.

He used a variety of blade markings. It appears he passed away in 2006.
