Meakos ruse was simple.
By attracting the porcheteers with a plea for help he was then able to dangle a tempting irresistable bait hoping to snare his trophy by learning who the mysterious benefactor or factors was or were.
He smugly chortled like a deep sea angler fish ....if they could chortle...and waited like a murky old croc for the drunken backpackers to come late night skinny dipping at his billabong.
