PLEASE HELP! Where should I go?

My name is Geoff Mitchell and I have spent all my life in the woods and would like to get into the guiding and adventure trip line of work. I will be getting more training this winter and into the spring. I really would like to move to the US and get work there. What I need to know is where I should move and where there is the most work for a guide? I hope to open my own guiding service and need to narrow down the map some and pick a location for it. I could use major help and would love to get work as soon as possible. So if any of you need help or know of others that need help please let me know. Hey Gunner,

Don't know if you're interested, but Chilcotin Holidays offers training in the wilderness tourism/guiding/packing arena.

I went on one of their flyin fishing trips to Spruce Lake (absolutly gorgeous place) a couple of years ago. I really want to do one of their horseback trips into the chilcotin mountains. Anyway, when I was there they offered me a job (or at least were really fishing to see if I was interested).

You may want to give them a call or e-mail and see if they have anything for you - weather it be training or a job or both.
