There is a fairly new sticky thread at the top of the Swamp Rat sub-forum started a few days ago: Specs and Weights of Swamp Rat Knives http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=736811.
The list includes a lot of the "Common" and most popular Busse models along with many Scrap Yard knives as well.
Some of the specs and weights need filled in, confirmation and such. Just look for the blue Question marks (*Made easy to see and find.
)
If you could, check the Sticky thread and if you have any of the knives that are missing specs and weights and if you have the means to "accurately" weigh, measure thickness with calipers and such, please post the missing info either on this thread or the sticky thread so we can update the list and have it as complete as possible. :thumbup:
Some specs are going to vary per knife - especially weights due to different handle materials. G10 weighs more than micarta and such. Mag handles weigh more. Most of the lengths are going to be pretty consistant with Busse knives.
If Jerry would like, we can "Re-Arrange" the list to prioritize the Busse blades and add it to a sticky on this forum or maybe just stick it in thatmguy's sticky titled "Important Busse Information Consolidation Sticky"... Maybe change the title of that thread to: Important Busse Information and Specs Sticky" or something (?????).
In any event, any help on this list that could be provided would be appreciated.
