When I try to post a picture from my Samsung galaxy s3 it tells me that the feature is disabled by my forum administrator. What does that mean?

As a basic member you can not post pics directly. You will have to use an image hosting site such as Photobucket to upload to and copy the pic link into the post. Also take time to read the rules of the WHOLE forum as to where to post such questions.
