What email service do you use? Gmail? Hotmail? Other?
What device are you using? iPhone, Android, PC, Mac?
What browser are you using?

More details on the nature of the issue would also help.
Did you forget your password?
Did you lose access to the email account tied to the account?
Are you not receiving emails from the BF system? 2-factor log in issue?
 
I'm just trying to establish communication with anyone who can help me log into my account; below are the answers to your questions. Thank you for anything you can do to help me with that.

I still have access to the hotmail account

What response does the system give when you put in your name and password?
The system says you last logged in on Thursday. Did you get full access then?
 
It says "password incorrect". Friday morning is when this started.

Yes, when I was logged in on Thursday, I had full access according to my Gold status.
I'm unaware of any blips in the software which would allow it to forget a password. And there is nothing in you member profile that indicates to me that the system thinks you are bogus.

IIRC, the software lets you try 5 times before it takes a 15 minute break.
Try it again, click the "eyeball" at the right of the password field so that you can see the password you are typing.
