Yep, looks like a Foxy Folly made by Bura some time after the passing of Uncle Bill. The crescent moon/begging bowl is the symbol of Bura and the "U.B." was added after Uncle Bill passed away.

Fantastic chopper made by one of the finest kamis. Bura isn't working anymore, so hold onto it. His work will start to command a premium in some circles possibly.

Lal Bahadur Bishwakharma AKa; Bura is the LAST Royal Kami. There will be no more Royal Kamis as there is no more King of Nepal.
