Please identify

I bought this knife in the late 80's? The blade measures 2 3/4" and closed it is 3 3/4". Which model is this and what steel was used for the blade? One side of the blade says Spyderco and the other says Seki-Japan. Thanks for all replies in advance. See Pics:

Seems to me it's the precursor of the C05 Standard. The Economy model as it was named initially - had an AUS-6 blade and the clip was stamped directly out of one scale. It was discontinued in the mid 1990's.
Later on (1998) it was reissued with an ATS-55 blade and G-10 scales.

Yup, looks like that economical variant made that's between the Worker and the Standard. The handle look just like my commemorative worker.
