I ask that all threads concerning the black and evil events of this terrible day be placed in the Community Center.

In times like these, it is Community that will help us gather our strength and prevail in the face of these unimaginable events and so I can imagine no better place for these threads than our own Community forum.

This is not some idiot blowing up a pizza stand. This is an act of war and needs to be treated as such. If this country does not get itself ready to respond in an even greater horrific way we will never be free again.

If it were up to me, every known Terrorist camp on the planet would receive a full compliment of 2,000 pound bombs before the next sunrise, and there would exist a State of War between the US and every terrorist harboring government on Earth.

In the meantime however, life must go on and the less disruption we allow in our daily lives, the less victory we hand our enemies. The tighter we draw together as a people, the stronger we will be in the face of our enemies.

In the aftermath of Pearl Harbor, Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto said "Gentlemen, we have awakened a sleeping giant."

Let the giant rise again and let the blood of our enemies flow in their gutters like rain.
 
I propose that this act was perpetrated by Muslim extremeists. No, not all Muslims, but extremists !! I'd like to see our government issue contracts for "body bags" made of raw pig skin for the "initially wounded" of these perps and to designate the bags as final burial shrouds --- Before action against them begins !!!! If this is a Jihad against America, we'll finish it!!! This is not an anti-muslim post. There are many main-stream Muslim freinds who abhor todays events as we all do. The Koran does NOT advocate this behaviour and for folks who may think I'm a Muslim, I'm not - I'm a Bible beleiving Christian. What does that have to do with todays events, promulgated by madmen whose world is in the 7th century. These bastards need to be caught and punished according to the WORST fate by THEIR law, obviously they don't recognize our law. Go get'em GW !!!!

I agree that it should be in community; but, with emotions at their present level, it would be better if we relax the rules for a few days. Infighting is certainly not what we need at a time like this. You can always move the treads later when things begin to calm down.

who cares if its in community or not - what a silly thing to say-
the countries(afghanistan and iraq, for starters) involved had best be glad i'm not in charge, it wouldnt be 2K bombs, would be 20 megaton explosions they would be seeing - they like the stone age so much blow them back to it, make the country a waistland no longer inhabitable by man or beast............political correctness/environmental concerns be damned
