Last night, I moved my brand new Damascus/Cocobolo Sebbie from my front pocket to the inside pocket of my leather jacket (didn't secure it with the clip). I currently can't find it, and I've only carried it in my jacket from the truck to the house. I am absolutely praying like hell that it is laying on the lawn beside the driveway when I get home. Nothing more heartbreaking than a lost Sebenza. :(

You'll find it. I believe it will all work out for you.

And if it doesn't, just think about this: if you lose this knife, it's because God means for you to lose the knife. It is how things are supposed to work. Perhaps if you didn't lose it, something really bad would happen.

bummer! Find the Sebbie!!
Either way, you can't lose!

I feel your pain! I lost my Umfaan a couple years ago...it really hurt. When you own a nice, well-made knife like a Chris Reeve, you develop an emotional attachment to it.

I've lost and found my replacement Umfaan a couple times. Once on the my friend's lawn: the shiny scale attracted his attention in the morning. Another time I "lost" it for a month - found it jammed between my front car seat and the door sill. Try searching around your truck seat if you haven't already. I've also discovered knives like to hide in and around sofas.

Good luck.

Have yo checked if you have a whole in your pocket? I have had knives slip through a hole in my pocket into the lineing of my coat. feel around the bottom of your coat for any lumps. If not it's probably where you took the coat off or put it on.

Thanks, Ren and everyone! Well, I pulled in the driveway tonight after driving back from the shop, combed the strip of lawn beside the driveway, and found my Sebbie safe and sound in it's pouch where I had dropped it last night! :D

I must say, however, I deserved the wakeup call. As Ren said, I was damn near sick to my stomach.

I showed you my CRK belt pouch/sheath when I dropped by your shop the other day. Buy one NOW and start carrying it on your belt. (glad you found it)

Yes - Sir!!

Man..Im glad you found it dude...losing a knife like that...I was expecting to see it on a milk carton or on the back of a truck...

Have you seen this Sebbie??

Great news! You found it. Couple months ago similar thing happened with my wife's $225Versace sunglasses. This model was discontinued so she couldn't get another. My niece found them in the street where MY VAN had run over them! A sibbie could handle that better!

Thank you for a happy ending, get a new sheath. Gary graley makes a outstanding sheath, i had him make one for my small plain. And i am planning on him make one for my small box elder inlay, anyway i am thrilled you found it

Merry christmas
