Please Rate You Top 3 Slippy Makers ...

Rough Rider, Steel Warrior, New Schrade............................................................Just Kidding:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
I am new to collecting slip joints but, I have learned that there are too many differences in options in steel, handles, patterns, etc, to choose a top three. I depends if you want USA only or German Made or English steel, or I could go on and on. You hear about Case, "old" schrade, Queen, Bulldog, Camillus, Remington, and on and on and on. Also depends on If your talking about new knives or "vintage". If you post a price range and some of the qualities you are looking for, I know there will be alot of good info from these fine collectors here. Oh and by the way, If you are new to collecting slippies like me, you can't stop at just one.......or two......or three......or ten................or............well you get the point.:):):)

Hmm...hard to pick just three. I'd say Tony Bose, Reese Bose, and then any one of the following: Eugene Shadley, Bill Ruple or Ryuichi Kawamura.

As for production stuff...I have no idea. I've only had a few Case and Old Timer slippies that were production. The old Case XX I have is quite nice, as is the new yellow handled small trapper. The other few I have are less impressive.
