Please recommend a good knife maker

I have been looking at Bob Krammer's website, beautiful chef knives but almost impossible to win one in the ballot.

Am wondering of there are other makers in the same league?

he is kind of out ther ein his own space but there are many great kitchen knife makers. you can get most any options you want from blade shape/ cutting style to mono steel or Damascus

Why not get a Kramer Carbon 10" at Sur la Table? Are you intending to use the knife or are you collecting?
