Hey guys, check out eBay item #330066931324. Carefully read the description. I wonder if what we're really looking at is a Sharpfinger with a handle scale missing, 3/4 of an inch broken off the tip. and jet black from being underwater too long. The old boy says he'll send more pictures on request. I e-mailed him. Couldn't get a straight answer or more pictures with a gun to his head. I hope for the bidder's sake that my take on this knife is way off. I would hate to think that a fella would go to that much trouble to leverage $5.00 or $10.00 dollars out of someone.

Sometimes you wonder what the real story is and can't get it. I saw that knife and moved on, it was a little perplexing.

Broken blade, weathered Delrin handles. As found sounds right. Silver metal might refer to the bright area of the tang visible, as compared to the rest of the rusted and oiled blade. A beater for sure. It takes some determined prying to snap off that much blade, so maybe it is someone's attempt to customize a Sharpfinger. I would have hidden it in the garage too.
