I have been getting into Mr. Jerry Hossom's knives lately. he is a very down to earth, friendly and helpful guy - I am touched by his great PR.

I have seen lots of guys here post pics of his knives especially millenium fighters that are not on his page, can you do show and tell if you have time?

Uuuhh. You sure? It's going to make this page HUGE. But, if you insist . . .

This one is the one that just came for me, be expecting a review of it soon. 12.5 inch blade and is the fastest fighter for it's size, hands down.

These next two are my babies. I really, really love them. I wrote a review of them a while back. 11" blades on these, super fast, super pointy.

This one was made for one of my best friends. I got to make the sheath for it. 8" with a ghostly finish.

This last one is Don Rearic's Talon. It's self-explanatory.

Okay, okay. One more. This is Jerry's wife's knife. I got to make the concealex neck sheath for it.

Sniper,

Let me try to explain away some of your dilemma regarding what you see here in BladeForums and what is on my website. Everytime I step up to the grinder, a new model is born. I grind blades in lots of 10-30. In every lot there are at least 2 designs that have never been made before (by me anyway). In almost half my knives there is something, maybe very small and insignificant, that is a bit different from what I've done before. As I type this, I have about 6-8 knives on my bench that are styles I've never before made (including a couple I will never make again).

I think pushing the edge of the envelope on the myriad of both obvious and subtle details that comprise a knife is what is most enjoyable in this business, and so I will always have more styles, shapes and variants than will ever be on my website. Most of what you see on here are just those styles that are bought by members of the forum, and then just those who post regularly. Sadly, the Internet accounts for only about 25-30% of my business and about 80% of my non-knifemaking time. Most of my knives are still sold by word of mouth or at shows.

Thanks for the post and the kind remarks.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Jerry

Greetings All!

For those of you seeing some of Jerry's work for the first time, the knives look deadly serious don't they? Well they are- the fastest, best handling fighters I've ever used, bar none. The pictures above, as evocative as they are, fall far short of just how fantastic Jerry's knives feel and move in the hand.

Jerry Hossom has proven to me and others over and over again his commitment to produce the best fighting knives on the planet. Working closely with experienced bladesmen of both Western and Eastern orientation, Jerry has every new design tested and tweaked to acheive its ultimate combat effectiveness. He truly can turn your vision of the perfect fighting knife into reality in steel.

And, best of all you ain't seen nothin yet!Jerry has some new designs in the testing phase right now that are simply going to blow the knife fighting community away. So stayed tuned to the Forums boys and girls for reviews in the next few weeks. I promise that you won't be dissapointed.

Hmm, never seen those before. And lucky for me, he's in GA. Guess I'll have to drop by the shop one day
