Please tell me about JJ McGovern

I have the chance to buy a large tactical folder by this maker but can find nothing on the net about him. Any info appreciated.

Knife is 9" overall linerlock, beaded blasted ATS34 with black G10, it has a unique tanto shape blade with an oval cutout for thumb opening. The only thing I can find 'wrong' is that the pocket clip is poorly positioned, but I think it could be moved. Any thoughts?
