Plug Bayonet? Help appreciated.

Good afternoon. New member and not a big knife guy (mostly firearms). Can anybody help me out with ID'ing the blade below? I put a ruler in the picture for reference. Not a great pic, but the entire knife is 18" long. I cannot find any maker's marks or other markings anywhere on it. I am not sure if it a period item or a reproduction of some sort. I am not a guy hoping he has a valuable item or asking for a value; just looking for more info. Thanks.

Ditto. Not a plug bayo or any other type of bayonet. Looks a lot like the locally made stuff you can pick up in Afghanistan if you are willing to raise your right hand and take a little vacation on Uncle Sam's nickle.
 
Very cheap and poorly executed version of an "Arkansas Toothpick"
