Plumb anchor

I recently got an old hewing axe from an antique store and it says plumb with a large anchor behind it, I know. A Few of the basics about the plumb brand, but was wondering if you had any info on the anchor part

Probably after the turn of the century, used the anchor brand into the 1930's.
