Went to the dump last Saturday and came home with a Plumb Victory (1944) single bit with what appears to be the original haft and in very good overall condition. And a Plumb BSA hatchet with the BSA logo (sun rays) and original haft. Found a site with a lot of info on the hatchet, and it is a 1942- 1950 vintage. I have to straighten up the poll and clean it up as it has some pitting but will not affect the performance. First new finds for me in quite awhile. I will post some pictures when time allows.
