Plz, help me identify this Victorinox model

It has four features: A large blade, a small blade, a corkscrew and a ring.

The large blade is 2.44" (62 mm) long, the small one is 1.54" (39 mm). When closed, the knife is 3.27" (83 mm) long. The scales are black.
