PLZ help!! Need help identifying a knife?

So brand new here thought I would come to the experts with a question. its the knife used by Gangis Carnage in kick ass 2.

It has top serrations like an Ontario M9 or Navy mk3??

And bottom serrations like a gerber LHR???

Any Ideas?

I found something similar but no real info just a little digging!

I don't know really wish it was real could be cool for a collection piece.

I know the thread is old, but I'd like to unravel the mystery:

it is a cheap knock off of the Buck Nighthawk, produced by a company called Mil-Tec.
