I was originally looking for the black blade/camo scales combo but I got the satin blade version a while back because the black blade wasn't available anywhere. I've since located the black blade version and its on my way to my house. I'm going to evaluate both and decide which version I like better. Should I sell the one I like the least or just keep both. I ask because I think I can get my money back on whichever one now since they are still in such demand as opposed to waiting until production catches up with demand.

I'd go with the satin, for some reason all my coated blades seem to be a little stiffer than the satin.

I'd go with the satin. I owned a black bladed one a little while back, but unless you want it looking very scratched/scuffed up you have to be kinda careful with it. I just preferred the ease of mind with the satin, so I traded the black for a satin. Now lots of people have said that the satin is smoother, but in my experience the DLC blade's action was much better

But since the value on para 2's is so high, I ended up selling the satin to get other blades. IMO it really wasn't that great, there are plenty of knives out there :P

PM2 prices for the ones you've mentioned have peaked out, IMO. They're about $140 now, and future increased production under Sal's guidance will keep the price there except for the more rare Sprints, such as CTS-20CP and S90V. But rare is RARE.

Like I said, its a good idea to have a few...

I'll say just keep them both, I would tell you to sell one if you had 4 or 5 that you might not end up using, but with only one and no back up you might have to buy another one if something happens to your user. Plus if you got them at a good price, just keep them, there's no point on selling unless you got them dirt cheap and even then you won't make much of a profit.
I hope I made sense I've been awake since 4am

Keep both. I always regret selling knives, even if I don't care for them.

The DLC coating is tougher than most think (WAY tougher than my BT2 Benchmades). It will eventually show "personality", and that's why I bought it. It also looks way sexier in person than in pictures. BUT, the coating makes the detent ball feel rough, and until it's good and broken in, the DLC knife will not open as easily as the non-coated version.

This picture was taken after almost a solid month of EDC and a "rough" camping trip.
