PM Issues

I've been trying to PM one member for 5 or 6 days now but can't. I can PM others without a problem. He and I have had this issue in the past but it usually corrected itself by starting a new PM or just by giving it a few days. I've tried sending him a PM from Philippines, Korea, and 2 locations in US while using Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. For what it's worth he doesn't seem to have any issue PM'ing me but when I try I just get a notice that "Website Can't Be Found".

Does that member have a paid membership? If not, then he will not be able to receive any private messages.
The member might have private messaging disabled.
 
I think so. Imrahil and his corresponent can both receive and send PMs to me. I think BFC is haunted!

BTT will this be addressed? If it won't then who do I need to talk to about a refund? No use in paying for a service that I can't use.
 
Bump, I'm still having the same issues. If Spark is the only person who can do something about it why haven't I heard from him? What do I need to do to get the service that I paid for?
 
Have you tried clearing your cookies recently? Corrupted cookies can cause gremlin problems.
