I have been using my PM2 as my primary EDC for the last three years. I have a bunch of knives but this one just seems to meet my needs for that role more than any other. I had a Military but rarely carried it because it was a bit too big for daily carry. The PM2 is big enough but not too big. It hits the sweet spot for me. The blade shape is very useful for a variety of tasks and holds a keen edge. The larger thumb hole makes it easy to open. . The compression lock is strong and easily released with one hand. The handle fits my hand perfectly and is comfortable. The lanyard hole is large enough to get a reasonable size cord through and is radiused. The pocket clip holds the knife securely but doesn't tear or fray the pocket edges and it is easily switched to four locations to meet everyone's needs and preferences. The build on mine is flawless with a centered blade that has no play and perfect tension of the pivot. With a little practice, it's easy to open with a flick of the wrist. It's durable but light and the price was reasonable for the materials and quantity of the construction. .Yep, I kinda like this one. .My many others spend most of the time in a drawer. I have had many Spyderco knives but this is my favorite by far. The more you carry and use it the more you will like it.
