I had Steve (STR) make one for my PM2:

I have one that's cerakoted brown. It matches my brown para very good. STR makes the best clips that I've found. Sorry if I'm missing someone else.

I just sent my PM 2 to get a lowrider Ti clip made for it this morning, along with some Kydex sheaths for my Izula and Candiru. Hope to get them all back later this week.

I got a lowrider clip for my Southard from Steve, and it makes me coffee in the morning. It's OK if you're envious. :)

I think it would be a better knife also. I want to get a lowrider clip for my southard kind of. I just don't want to send it in.

LOL. Ya Steve (STR) made my denim Ti Lowrider for my Mini Grip a couple years back. I just met knife maker James McGowan yesterday thru another mutual knife buddy. He's the guy who designed the CRKT MAK 1 (see link http://www.crkt.com/McGowan-MAK-1-Multiple-Access-Knife).
We met up at a coffee shop, talked for a while and he took my Izula, Candiru and PM2. I should get them back later this week. I just got the Candiru on Thursday so appreciate what it's like to send a new knife away so soon without getting the appropriate "fondle time" in!

I love the STR clip on my Blue PM2, not only does it sit deeper in the pocket, it is also a lot easier to pocket the knife but the clip still feels just as secure as the original.

Mystic, what a day that must have been! Both extremely exciting and still a little heartbreaking to see the Candiru leave your hands so quickly. Let us know as soon as you get all your kids back!

Another vote for the low rider clips from STR. I have one for my PM2, Southard, and Leek. He basically invented the craze, so might as well go to the source. :)

Yeah it was kinda tough. I had to meet him for 8.30am Sunday morning but was completely exhausted after shooting a big car show Saturday and it took all I could muster to get out of bed. I'm glad I did it though as I really wanted to get these mods done.
As for James, he's a great guy. Really friendly and accommodating. Coincidentally my neighbour is a recently retired firefighter and he and James know one another also. Small world!
I'll post some pics when I get everything back.

Sounds great! That's why I love being a firefighter, too. Not just people to talk about knives and flashlights with, but you meet the kind of people that give you faith in humanity again.

I'd like to see many kite deep carry options from Spyderco themselves, honestly!

I wish I could warm up to the design of these clips, but I just can't. I don't find them particularly attractive on the knife--they look like a big spoon to me. That's just my opinion--they otherwise look to be very well made!!!

I'd prefer something with a more discreet profile in a deep carry configuration. In fact, I quite like the Spyderco Hourglass clip. I know a lot of people do not, but if there were a deep carry version of that clip, I'd be content.

I couldn't remember which thread this was to upload pics so sorry for the delay. Here are the sheaths for my Candiru and Izula. James also made me two of his "J clip" belt clips and my Ti low rider clip for my PM2. I'm happy with how everything turned out. I'm also waiting on a longer (30") SS ball chain from ebay as the 24" one in the pics is a bit tight going over my head.

I think Steve has the pattern for the Southard so you don't need to send it in. I didn't have to and the clip fits perfectly (he matched the finish on it to the knife as well)
