I took my pm2 apart to clean and now it is no where as smooth as it was. I used rem oil to line it up before I put it back together. I cannot figure it out for the life of me. This is he first time I have taken it u apart.
Please help with any advice you have. I have the bronze washers on each side of the blade and that should be it but it feels harder to open

Sometimes if you over tighten the handle screws it can negatively affect the blade. Loosen them off a bit and see if that helps.

I have it where if I depress the lock the blade moves freely. It seems like the lock has a lot of pressure against the blade. I like that because it keeps the blade from going open on accident but it takes a little more to flick it open

It was the handle screws. I loosened them a bit and it is smooth as it used to be. Thanks for all the help! I was getting worried this my favorite knife!

glade you got it back together and operating! this guy on u-tube kind of funny!! you can always use a bigger hammer, when you don't no what your doing...:(

I had to stop watching when he pulled out the vice grips!

"vice grips" OMG I gotta watch that video now. I do my best to learn something from everything ;-) and any video by John Grimsmo has something to learn in it (I leaned I have the same hammer - ha ha ha).

To midmo:
screw tightness on the blade-stop can also affect the action, and sometimes the pocket-clip screws when running in tip-down config.
