This past weekend I found new in the bag Gen 2 Pmags for $10 each..Winchester 5.56 was still $500 @ 1000 and PMC was $275.00 @ 500
What are you guys finding out there?

Windowed Pmags (black) are 17.99 plus tax at Acedemy Sports Outdoors in San Antonio Tx, with 10-15 in stock.

Saw some gen 2s for $15 this weekend at the local gun shop. 223 ammo still around .50/rd here for bulk federal.

Mags are back to pre-panic prices. Ammo still a bit high. In 556/223 you can get Tula steel cased russian stuff for around .25/round though. Brass cased ammo is still running around .50/round.

.22 still hard to find at reasonable prices though.

.22 was still $90 a brick, I did see some standard velocity .22 short at $39.00 a brick at a local LGS

At my LGS you can find PMAGS are really low prices like what you've seen around $10-12 for a regular mag. For ammo its all pretty much there .223 and 9mm being the most common out of stock. A brick of .22 LR has been around $25 for a brick depending on what brand of ammo he gets in.

Really? I was able to get (into CA no less) some 30 rds Pmags (Gen2) from JoeBobOutfitters.com for 13 bucks. Got 6 of em so far. 223 at $500 for 1000 rds? That's actually not a bad price...it was $800 a few weeks back. Summer 2012 I paid $300 for a thousand rds. Damn I wish I knew then what it would be like now!

I wish bricks of 22lr were down to $25 around here. Best I have seen in awhile was $49.95 a brick.

Someone, or some group, is still raping the Walmarts along the I55 and I57 corridors, and local gun stores are still using smoke and mirrors to convince unsuspecting or uninformed buyers that the panic is still long and strong. :grumpy:

I have gotten lucky a few times at the walmarts and scored a few bricks of 22lr at 26 bucks but not near frequent enough. I have also been seeing 5.56 xtac at around 40 cents around but it goes quick. Pmags and Troy mags are all down around 13-15. All guns are in stock. Just need prices to keep dropping!

P-mags here are $12 to $15 locally and are pretty easy to find now. I've seen 5.56 for around .50 to .55 cents a round, but no .22 LR to be found.

Went to a gun show Sunday. Non windowed were 13.99,I picked up a couple windowed for 15.00 each. Ammo had come down some on centerfire but .22 was still sky high and not much of it.

I can get standard M2 and M3 PMAGs, 30 round and 20 round, all day. Seemingly anyway. Distributors will have a thousand available max nowadays, but nothing like the 12,000 in stock the morning of Sandy Hook.

The 308 mags are hard to find, same with the 40 rounders, but of course, new item

ATK (Federal, CCI, Etc.) took a 15% price increase on loose bulk .223/5.56 this year, with about a 12-15% increase on boxed cases. So if you're looking to pick up American 5.56 for "cheap", it isn't going to happen....ever....unless they lower their prices. Remington, Hornady, Winchester, they all took anywhere from a 4-9% increase.

This price increase includes .22lr as well, but in general, .22lr is impossible to get.

PMC didn't change their price or if they did, it was so small I didn't notice.

Leave it to you Pat to go into a freaking Walmart

No morals with some people.....

Probably because CO passed asinine mag-ban law (and other BS unconstitutional gun control BS), reducing the demand.

I hope they lose their recall elections.

Aim Surplus has had some pretty good prices on various magazines lately. Picked up some metric FAL mags by DSA for $17.95.

The 20rd Magpuls have been next to impossible to find around here. Actually easier to get the 40rds.
