PMs not being sent from web browser

I am unable to send private messages via the web browser (Firefox or Chrome). I have to use the Tapatalk app on my phone to send messages. The system acts as if the message sent OK with no errors but when I go into my "Sent" folder, the message is never listed. See below.

Go to http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions

Scroll down to Private Messaging. Make sure you check all options you need, including "save a copy of sent messages"
