Got my Krein pocket bowie friday, its a great knife, great ergos for the size, but I was wondering if anyone found a comfortable way to carry it, ive tried, big and small teklocs and a iwb loop, but its so lightweight im wanting to keep it in my pocket instead of a belt, any idea would help, thanks.

I just carry it in the pocket.
But sometimes it moves and sits horizontal in the pocket. I don't think thats comfortable so was thinking about making a leather pocket carry sheath.
A bigger size with room for pocket bowie and maybe little flashlight or sak.
The knife would sit vertical.

KSF has some of these style sheaths for sale.

Around your neck? I have my Becker Necker around mine now, and I think the pocket bowie is smaller, but thicker.

Get a small spring clip (preferably fairly strong) with a free-rotating "ring" at the end. Do a simple carp's-head loop through both the sheath and the ring (attach clip to your belt loop OR belt) with a inexpensive hair-band and you're good to go. Hangs along the side of the pocket tip-up or tip-down depending on how you did the loop(s).

Have the Pocket Bowie coming...hopefully tomorrow.

I have other knives that size and I used to use Tek-Loks and clips...good but not always comfortable to the best way to carry.

After seeing people here using para-cord for various belt carry methods, that is what I do now. Secure, comfortable and easily changed to different positions...and cheap.

i have two on the way plus a mosier from yourcornerstore.com and they wont be getting here until dec.
