Pocket carry lanyard.??

Thinking of putting a LITTLE lanyard on a pocket carry knife. Just enough for one or two fingers for retention.

Good or bad idea? Hang on to knife or give someone a finger breaking advantage?

It's a fine idea. I put them on a lot of knives.
Look in a fabric store. You'll fine the little plastic snap together tabs that are used on a lot of zipper slides for jackets.
They make a neat little end for a piece of cord.

I like the idea. I do that to all my knives that have lanyard hole, including fixed blade.

It's convinience when I draw the knife.

Fine idea. It helps the draw. I leave the ends of mine as a "tail" not a loop.

I put one on my Spyderco SS Dragonfly, works great, it adds that little bit extra to make a small knife seem bigger.

O yeah. For smaller knives, it can help 'extend' the handle, so you can hold it more comfortably.
