Pocket case/pouch for CR Sebenza 21 recommendations?

I had it clipped in my front left pocket, but it's opened on me twice, yesterday slicing my finger open. It is not loose - not simple to swing it open with thumb. Not sure what's causing it to open.

So, I want a pouch or case to carry it in, in my pocket.

While I'm at it, I'd love a lanyard and fob for it (removed mine long ago) and a source for the little insert that fits in where the clip goes, when removed. CRK makes one but I can't find a source.

Thanks in advance.

Can't help you with the fob attachment, but check photos below for suggestions for a slip sheath.

It sounds like you might have double thumb studs on the blade and the one stud might be catching the pocket edge when opening, I've had that happen when I had the Sebenza like that.

Nice sheaths Paul !

as for fobs/lanyards, you can check this thread I made might give you some ideas on how to make one for yourself.

Any of us, I'd reckon, could make a sheath for ya. I've done a couple of Sebbie sheaths for myself. One for a large 21 micarta inlay and one for a 25.

Did you keep the lanyard tube, or do you just have the holes? Were you looking for a CRK style, or leather?

As far as the filler tabs, they carry them at a couple of the knife selling dealers, or at least they used to. I was going to make some from ivory that one of the guys gave me specifically for that purpose, but, sadly, I had to sell or trade off all of my Sebbie's to fund leather working and other things. I plan to have another 21 though one day. People say they are overpriced, but I've never found a knife that could quite match a Sebenza for the qualities it has. ;)

Edit- gorgeous work as always Paul!

This is the perfect time to have a crack , and make your own Pocket Slip .
There is no easier type of sheath to make , just about every household has the required tools and the small amount of leather can be sourced from a craft shop or recycled from old leather products .
It really isn't rocket science , and its a great hobby to get interested in .
I think Gary Graley put up a quick tutorial somewhere about making a Slip ( I'm hopeless at attaching links sorry , maybe if your watching Gary you could give us a link ? )
I seriously suggest having a go at making it yourself , what have you got to lose :)
My small Seb 21 hasn't been out of the cupboard for quite a long time so I'm not going to comment on the Seb questions . The CRK clan tend to be a bit fanatical at times and making observations that don't concur with the mob can be likened to kicking a Bee Hive .
