Hello all. I'm here seeking some info. I wanted to ask about mounting a pocket clip to a knife without a pocket clip. Specifically I need to know what size drill bit, and what size tap. This will be on a flat titanium handle of ~.200" thickness. Should I use a HSS/Cobalt/Carbide drill bit? Is there a special type tap for titanium, or will a carbon steel tap work. I know that I will have to go slow with this and I'm guessing that I may need to use oil as I tap the threads, but do I need to add a lube when I'm drilling the holes?
