Hello fellow blade enthusiast!!!

I've been EDCing for quite some times now...and realize how important the pocket clip is. Factory ones are fantastic but they get scratch up easy, and don't ride as deep as one would like. I've tried those CF ones but those fall out my pocket too often. I've tried quite a few Ti-Clip, styles and version...many don't grip as tight as I want to. Some ride to hight or low...some even easily scratches my new car paint.

So I got sick of it and design one for my own particlur carry...

Here it is...what you guys think? It's not finish yet, I'll stonewashed it later.

Basically I did not go shy with the thickness...I use a 0.055" thick titanium, all meat baby...and if you look at where the clip touches the G10...the baring surface are close to a dime in width...meaning the area clip touching the G10...so once it grabs into my pocket...it's not falling out..not too shabby. Let me low what you guys thinks and any suggestion. On the finish? Stonewashed, Or anodize??

The bottom photo shows clip on a sheet of paper. That's a strong grip...

Holy cow, that is a fat clip! Cool design, though. Get it anodized green!

Looks like you did a good job! I always wanted to try my hand at making my on clip as I love deep carry so much but alas I am not near talented enough.

To big and shinny for my tastes but if it works for you, Great! These are what I use for my PM2s. They work great, are less expensive than other custom clips, and are smaller (or offer different sizes) than the cheaper knife kit pocket clips. They fit the PM2 and other knives with that hole pattern absolutely perfectly. Waiting for Casey to get another batch out so I can buy more.
