Pocket clip space fillers?

I did searches here and online but wasn't able to find anything...:confused: Please feel free to point me in the right direction if this has already been resolved.

I'm looking for a "filler(s)" for the spaces on my gunhammer grip where the pocket clip is. I've seen them for Sebenzas but haven't been able to find anything yet for the gunhammers.

Could you post a link to the Sebenza examples? I think I can picture the sort of thing you're describing, but I'd like to be sure. If it's what I think it is, though, HTM doesn't make anything like it right now.

However, I started a thread a few months back at Darrel's request soliciting input on what sort of gadgets, accessories, and so forth people would like to see from HTM in the future. This could be one cool addition to the HTM lineup, especially since it might be possible to have sets of aftermarket fillers (and pillar spacers, too) made in contrasting colors of anodized aluminum. So, for instance, someone could have a black-handled Gunhammer with blue clip hole fillers and pillar spacers. Just a thought, but it'd be a neat way to customize one's HTM knives.

Okay, yeah, that's exactly what I was picturing, so there's nothing like that from HTM at this time. But I'll pass along the suggestion to Darrel after he gets back from the SHOT Show and see what he thinks about whether this sort of thing could be in the cards for HTM.

What are pillar spacers?
 
I, for one, back this idea 100%! I was just fondling my M390 Gunhammer before I packed it away for warranty service and wished for the same thing. I was also thinking that if I only had and extra clip that I could make one myself..
 
I think these would be a cool idea but for a small quantity item they would probably be pricey.

I would love some carbon fiber ones for my forum knife! That would look sick.
 
Probably wouldn't be too hard to make with a dremel. I'm pretty sure I could manage a set. I'll have to experiment.
 
This will be a project for next week. Trying to finalize my shipment for Peters first... I'll keep ya'll posted, and try to take some WIP pics. The thinnest G10 I've got is some multicam stuff. We'll see how that looks. Also need to find my torx set so I can remove the pocket clips...
 
Never mind, it was way easier than I thought it would be. Basically, get some thin G10, trace around the pocket clip with a sharpie, rough cut out with some sort of cutting tool (I just used my angle grinder cause I'm lazy), use a small spring clamp with the rubber removed to clamp one side on, drill holes, sand/file off the sharpie marks. Then fit to knife, using needle files and sandpaper to refine the shape. Once it fits, sand flush to the knife. Hey presto, good to go! Took me all of 10 minutes, start to finish.
