Pocket clip threads stripped out

I purchased a used Centofante knife about a week ago. It has a metal pocket clip with 3 screws holding it on. It had no clip when I received it. I purchased one from John F. Jensen, (Great to do business with). One of the screw holes on the knife has the threads stripped out. Any suggestions on how to remedy this? I tried teflon tape with no good results. I do not have a tap small enough to tap it out. I can purchase one if this is the best solution. I thought about lock-tite but the screw won't tighten down enough to hold the clip. If I were to buy a tap, where do you get one this small. Any idea what size. Where do you buy small screws? Thanks in advance. Dwain
