Pocket clips still have washers?

My FRN Endura has no washer under the screw piece opposite of the clip like all of my other FRN knives.

I notice it has a bit of a dip below the head of the male half while my other clips just have the flat head directly against the threaded part.

Am I missing a washer, or is this new configuration supposed to make it washer-less?
 
I have a new Salt I that has washers. I'm guessing you're missing yours.
