Lets see what you have! This what what I had on me todays minus my phone(HTC EVO) with which the picture was taken and my watch(Ironman)/jewelry(wedding ring/necklace).

Oops, read the title wrong. I took a dump in my pocket then took a pic, Ill just delete it.

HAHA in all seriousness my pocket loadout today was the standard. Wallet with all my neccesary documents, buck oddysey(in that paper scale crap, not sure what htey call it now), car keys, some .22 ammo in my jacket pocket and a can of redman dip.

Keys! I got 'em on a stainless steel ring, using McGizmo clips for everything to attach, also put some into a small multi-tool piece (learned how on EDCF)

8gb Micro Attache USB Thumb Drive has all my medical records, who to contact in case of emergency, some files and programs I find myself using frequently, and my resume'. Had the capsule made by my titanium guy about 3 years ago.

apparently if you see the first four, and last four digits, the middle eight can be guessed quickly. very quickly ;)
 
This is typical. Substituted my previous phone for the one taking the picture.
Some of you guys carry a whole PILE of uh.. um... "stuff".
