Here are a couple prototype knives I finished up over the holidays. The maple burl knife is a 3 finger handle with around a 2.5" blade and 1/8" spine. The blackout hunter has a compact 4 finger handle with 3.25" blade and 5/32" spine. Steel is 52100 for both, but I'm going to experiment alongside 80CRV2 as well. I made custom pocket sheaths with Ulti Clips that allow the knives to be conveniently stored in a pant pocket or clipped onto a pack. I'm thinking about offering a small batch of these in the coming months, and was looking to feel out the interest and feedback here on the forum. I'll probably start by doing a batch of working grade blades (blackout finish with blasted black micarta handle). Price will probably be $265 for the EDCs and $295 for the hunters. Let me know what your interest level is, and hopefully we'll have some made shortly!
