Got another piece of pocket jewelry today - "pocket jewelry" - jackknifes phrase - I like it!

It's a Case Small Congress. 3 1/16" closed. CV blades, pinched bolsters, and long pulls - what's not to like? 1 blade has a little side-to-side wobble when open, but other than that excellent F&F. Blades don't rub each other or the liners. It has half stops on all 4 blades - the backsprings are proud when in the half stop position, just like a blade without half stops. Backsprings are all perfectly flush in the fully open and closed positions.

I never considered a congress pattern before, but when I saw this on the bay with yellow handles & CV I decided to bid on it. I think it will fit right in as a nice little watch pocket carry - pocket jewelry for men. ;)

I don't whittle much at all and the Congress was made for serious whittling, that many blades confuse me. I do own a couple but much prefer the half congress like this Boker...I can deal with two blades...must be getting slow in my old age...

Pocket jewelery trio. I'm LOVING the Tiny Trapper.

I'm LOVING my Tiny Wharncliffe Trapper, too! I ordered it on a whim, thinking 2 3/8" was pretty darn short, but I wanted to try a small knife with a wharncliffe blade. I've only had it a little over a week, but am surprised how many times I use it throughout the day! Feels way better in hand than I thought it would.
