pocket knife repair in central IL

I recently inherited a pocket knife of my grandfather's. I don't think there's anything unique about the knife, it's just special to me. It's quite worn and is in need of some work.

I'm trying to find someone who knows repairing and restoring pocket knives. I'd like to find someone in central Illinois. I'm located in Champaign.
