Question:
Is this knife legal to own, and carry?
The blade size is 1.5", and the handle is 2" (It's a small knife)
Though I am not interested so much in carrying it, if you can carry it, then its probably as legal as you can get.

I'm sure it is. I'm pretty sure as long as its under 3 inches and isn't locking you're good to go.

What is the penalty for carrying a locking knife or blade over 3" anyway? Given some of the "punishment" I read about criminals getting for very serious crimes I can't imagine it is too harsh.

Am I the only one who finds it ironically amusing that they use inches to state maximum length (a customary measurement in a country that long ago switched to metric).
