I'm looking for a pocket sharpener, but I don't know which one to get.

I'm looking for a small sharpener can reset worn out edges and points, gets them razor sharp, and it has a fine grit for under 30 dollars.

I was having a problem getting the tip of a 154CM S.W.A.T. balisong sharp with my Sharpmaker, since I worry about rounding it. So I used my Gatco Tri-seps. I have the diamond-coated and the ceramic, and together they worked great. These are pocket-sized, on a short bead chain, so you can take them anywhere. I think the diamond generally goes for about $15 and the ceramic is less than $10.

I have some DMT pocket-sized diamond sharpeners, medium, fine, and extra-fine, and they work pretty well. They are small enough that I can carry one in my back pocket and never notice it, and they don't take up any space in my tool box at work, either. Nice for outdoors activities, too. Don't need oil, just clean with water from time to time to keep them clean.
