Pocket sheath with retaining strap/clip?

I was searching the internet for a small, concealable fixed blade knife and I came across a knife/sheath that is carried in the pocket. The sheath is attached to the inside of the pocket with a clip/strap system so that the knife can be easily drawn right out of the pocket.

Unfortunately, I lost the website and can't find it again. Does anyone know what kinfe/sheath I may have seen and if it is any good?

Also, any recommendations for an easily concealed fixed blade knife would be much appreciated.
